The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship is the second of five majors on the schedule for the PGA Tour Champions. And, for players whose name happens to be Steve, they’ll be the ones to keep an eye on coming into the 82nd playing of the major championship as Steven Alker and Steve Flesch have found early success winning on the PGA Tour Champions. Here’s a closer look at the players to watch during the week at Harbor Shores.

Steven Alker

New Zealand’s Steven Alker will be one to watch as he looks to win his first major title at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. Since joining the PGA Tour Champions last season, his worst finish is a tie for 20th. He’s gotten off to a hot start this season with two wins and four more top 10s. He is making his KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship debut this week at Harbor Shores.

Miguel Angel Jimenez

Already a two-time major champion with victories at the Regions Tradition and Senior Open Championship, Miguel Angel Jimenez looks poised to pick up a third major title with a win this week. The 12-time winner on the PGA Tour Champions will be one to keep an eye on as he’s already twice a winner in 2022 and is coming off a tie for third in his last start at the season’s first major championship, the Regions Tradition.

Bernhard Langer

A 43-time winner on the PGA Tour Champions, including 11 major titles, Bernhard Langer is never one to count out when the PGA Tour Champions tee it up. Langer won his lone KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in 2017 but will look to add another to his extensive resume and pick up his first major title since winning the Senior Open Championship in 2019. He arrives at Harbor Shores, as usual, on form and ready to compete as he’s already a winner in 2022.
