Admission
Tickets and/or credentials, in the form provided by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”) will be required for admission into the Championship. All admission tickets issued by PGA or PTC granting access to the Championship are licenses that may be revoked by the PGA or PTC in their sole discretion for any reason or no reason at all. Please retain your ticket or credential at all times as security personnel will not allow admission into the event for individuals without appropriate credentials. Please do not tamper or interfere with the bar code presented on the ticket or credential. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or credentials.
Re-Admission Policy
A ticket, once scanned, will no longer gain admission to the Championship. If you plan to return to PGA Frisco the same day, please have security stamp your hand at one of the spectator entrance gates. You will only be able to return to the grounds with a scanned ticket and a hand stamp. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs are posted. In this situation, a hand stamp will not be required for re-entry to the Championship.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges or replacements of tickets except as provided for in the following Event Cancellation / Weather Policy outlined in the full Championship ticket terms and conditions. Junior Admission Policy
As part of the Championship’s mission to grow interest and participation in the game of golf, juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Each ticketed adult will be permitted four junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up at the Admissions Offices located at any one of the spectator entrances on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out.
Please note that junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas, clubs, or clubhouse venues.
Military Admission Policy
To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.
Qualifying individuals should click HERE to complete an online verification and request process with GovX, where a copy of their Military ID or service verification must be provided in exchange for daily admission.
Please note, Military tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues and do not gain access into private hospitality areas, clubs, or the Clubhouse. Military tickets are eligible for four free youth tickets under the junior admission policy.
Complimentary military tickets may be subject to availability based on event capacity.
The PGA of America appreciates your cooperation with the items listed.
