The PGA of America announced today the current field for the 2026 Senior PGA Championship, taking place April 16-19 at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida.
The 86th edition of the most historic and prestigious major championship in senior golf is set to feature 11 past Senior PGA Champions, 21 Major Champions, seven World Golf Hall of Famers and 10 past Ryder Cup Captains.
The 21 Major Champions committed to play in the 2026 Senior PGA Championship include: Defending Champion Ángel Cabrera, Michael Campbell, Stewart Cink, Darren Clarke, John Daly, Ernie Els, Padraig Harrington, Retief Goosen, Lee Janzen, Zach Johnson, Bernhard Langer, Tom Lehman, Justin Leonard, Shaun Micheel, José María Olazábal, Corey Pavin, Vijay Singh, Henrik Stenson, David Toms, Mike Weir and Y.E. Yang.
The 11 past Senior PGA Champions in the field include Cabrera (2025), Steve Stricker (2023), Steven Alker (2022), Alex Čejka (2021), Ken Tanigawa (2019), Langer (2017), Rocco Mediate (2016), Colin Montgomerie (2015, ‘14), Tom Lehman (2010), Michael Allen (2009) and Jay Haas (2008, ‘06).
The field also includes the Corebridge Financial Team of 35 PGA of America Golf Professionals who earned spots in the field through the 2025 Senior PGA Professional Championship. The team is headlined by Justin Hicks, PGA Teaching Professional at Stonebridge Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida, who won the Senior PGA Professional Championship and was named the 2025 Senior PGA Professional Player of the Year.
The field currently includes 153 players with the final three spots to be filled prior to the Championship.
