No. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.
Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Rounds on Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.

Service animals are permitted throughout the grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
The PGA Shops will be located near the Main Spectator Entrance.

Lost and Found will be located at the Information tent near the Main Spectator Entrance.
Smoking, including but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Do infants require their own ticket?
Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.
The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Ticketing
All spectator tickets will be accessed via the AXS Mobile app approximately 3 weeks in advance of the Championship. Ticket holders will be notified via email from the sender guestservices@axs.com when tickets are available. Any tickets purchased from srpgachampionship.com within 3 weeks of the Championship will be delivered to the purchaser immediately following purchase.

Transferring tickets to a different end-user is simple and will require just a few clicks and your recipient’s email address. To learn more, please review our Mobile Ticket Guide.
Before you leave for the Championship, please make sure you have downloaded the AXS Mobile App and signed into your account.
At the entrance, open the AXS app, scan your Mobile ID and redeem the amount of tickets you are using on that day. Please note, for security purposes your Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot or print out will not scan valid. At the gate you must present the Mobile ID in the app for admission.
First, check your inbox for an email from support@festivalticketing.com that contains your order confirmation.
If you cannot locate a confirmation email, please download the AXS Mobile App and sign-in with your username and password.
Please try all active email addresses that may have been used to purchase tickets and use the forgot password feature if necessary.
You will receive an email from axs@axs.com letting you know that tickets are ready to be viewed in the AXS Mobile app.

No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Box office located at the Main Spectator entrance.
AXS Mobile-ID via the AXS app is the only form of entry, but if you don’t have access to a smartphone, please visit the championship box office(s) with a copy of your order confirmation and a license matching the name on the ticket order.
You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone in the AXS Mobile App. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. To transfer a ticket, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. The recipient will receive an email instructing them to download the AXS Mobile app and create an account to access their tickets. Please refer to the mobile ticket guide for ticket transfer instructions.
If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than srpga.com or On Location, we are unable to assist or verify the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.
Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship grounds FREE of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.
Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs.

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.
Qualifying individuals should click here to complete an online verification and request process with GovX, where a copy of their Military ID or service verification must be provided in exchange for daily admission.

Transportation & Parking
PGA Public Parking (Lot GP)
Off-site PGA Public Parking will be located at FC Dallas Stadium, in the Corolla Red Lot (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033). As you approach FC Dallas Stadium, please follow signage and traffic control to PGA Public Parking (Lot GP) Entrance located off of Technology Drive. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at PGA Frisco. There will be no public parking at PGA Frisco during Championship Week.
Pre-purchased parking will be available for $10 and can be purchased here. Parking can also be purchased via cashless options for $15 on the day of the event at the entrance to Lot GP.
Lot GP will be open Wednesday, May 24 - Sunday, May 28, 2023.
There will be no overnight parking in any PGA Public Parking Lots, and any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense. PGA Tournament Corporation is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, or items lost or stolen from your vehicle.

A public rideshare pickup and drop off location will be provided at PGA Lot V (1875 PGA Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75034) located within a short walk to the Main Spectator Entrance for the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. As your driver approaches Lot V, please have them display their rideshare icon and follow attendants to the rideshare staging area.
Rideshare pickups and dropoffs will only be permitted in the rideshare staging location. Unauthorized pickups and drop offs outside of the staging location will not be tolerated. Upon exit of the event it is advised to make your way to the rideshare staging location before ordering your vehicle.

Where is handicapped parking located?
Please note DA parking for the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship will be available in Lot C located at Lone Star High School (2606 Panther Creek Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75033). Although Lot C requires a credential your ADA permit will grant you access to the parking lot and the dedicated ADA Spaces. Unless you already have an event parking pass to another credentialed parking lot please pre purchase parking HERE and be prepared to show the QR code at the entrance to Lot C.e that it’s against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else's in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
The front rows of PGA General Public Parking lots will also be reserved for spectators not requiring lift-equipped transportation but who have a Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate for their vehicles. Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the Championship.

Yes. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at all concession markets. If you have an allergy or ingredient related question, please speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue.
Yes, each spectator, regardless of ticket type, is permitted to bring one unopened bottle of water onto the grounds. Water is included at no additional cost for all ticket and credential holders and available at Market Concessions, Bars and Water Stations throughout the course.
Spectators with particular dietary needs are permitted to bring limited food items onto the grounds. Permitted food items include baby formula and food.
