General Information

What are the gate hours during Championship Week?

Championship gate hours are as follows. Wednesday (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), Thursday – Friday (6:45 AM – 8:30 PM), Saturday (6:45 AM - 6:00 PM), Sunday (7:45 AM – 7:30 PM). All times Eastern. Please consult the Championship Schedule of Events for more information.

May I leave and re-enter the Championship grounds?

No. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

May I bring a camera?

Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Rounds, Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.

Can I bring my pet to the Championship?

Service animals are permitted throughout the grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.

Where can I buy Championship merchandise?

The PGA Shops will be located in the Pure Michigan Championship Courtyard near the Main Spectator Entrance.

Is first aid available?

First-aid stations staffed by Spectrum Lakeland will be located at Hole 4, Hole 6, Hole 11, and Holes 16/17. A main medical station will be between Hole 1 Tee and Hole 18.

What services and viewing opportunities are available for those with physical disabilities?

Where is lost and found?

Lost and Found will be located at the Information Booth next to the KitchenAid Fairway Club.

May I smoke on the Championship Grounds?

Smoking, including but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Do infants require their own ticket?

Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.

What payment methods are accepted on-site?

The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

  • Market Concession and Beverage Stands: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

When will I receive my tickets?

All spectator tickets will be delivered via email from a tickets@festivalticketing.com address approximately 4 weeks in advance of the Championship. Any tickets purchased from srpgachampionship.com within 3 weeks of the Championship will be delivered to the purchaser shortly after purchase.

I know I purchased tickets but I cannot locate my confirmation of purchase. What should I do?

First, check your inbox for an email titled 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship Order Confirmation from the sender tickets@festivalticketing.com.

If you cannot locate a confirmation email, please visit the mobile ticket account log-in page, and log-in with your username and password. Please try all active email addresses that may have been used to purchase tickets and use the forgot password feature if necessary.

Within your ticket account manager, click on your 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship order for an overview of your purchase and to view the items in your order. You may also click Email Receipt to send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. Please note, that tickets will not be available until four weeks prior to the championship.

How do I access my mobile tickets?

How do I transfer my mobile tickets?

Transferring tickets to a different end-user is simple and will require just a few clicks and your receipt’s email address. To learn more, please review our Mobile Ticket Guide.

Can I transfer my tickets more than one time?

Tickets can be transferred only one time by the ticket holder. You do have the option to cancel a transfer before the tickets are accepted by the recipient. Each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once for admission into the Championship.

What else can I expect from transferring a ticket?

After you submit a transfer, you will receive a confirmation page letting you know the transfer was successful. Email notifications will also be sent to the transfer recipient and the ticket holder. Once your guest accepts the transfer, they will receive an additional email that contains a link to their tickets. Please note, a ticket holder can click on the Manage Transfer button to view the transfer details, resend the transfer email, or cancel the transfer prior to the guest accepting the ticket only.

What can my friend or family member expect when I transfer them a ticket?

To accept a ticket transfer, the recipient will need to click the Accept Transfer button in the email notification they receive. Once accepted, the person receiving the transfer will receive an email that contains a link to their tickets.

Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?

You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.

Can I print my tickets at home?

No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Admissions and Will Call office near the Main Spectator Entrance.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Ticket purchasers without access to a smartphone are encouraged to bring a printed order confirmation and a Valid ID that matches the name on the ticket order to the Admissions Office located at the main spectator entrance on-site to receive their tickets.

What if my guests and I are arriving at the Championship separately?

If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. Access your ticket account here, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. They will receive an email instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing Festival Ticketing (Elevate Tickets) account or create a new account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the tickets to their Apple Wallet. If not adding to Apple Wallet, we strongly encourage you to save log-in information on a secure, personal browser.

Can I upgrade my ticket to the Makers Trail 19th Hole?

Yes. Simply go to the Makers Trail 19th Hole entrance between the 16th and 17th holes and the staff will process your upgraded ticket on site. Credit cards only accepted. On-site sales subject to availability.

Do you have a policy for youth?

Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds for FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Each ticketed adult will be permitted four junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.

Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or the Makers Trail 19th Hole venue.

Do you have a policy for members of the military?

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship. Read the full policy here.

Can I come and go from the Championship with the same ticket?

Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

What is your refund policy?

Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements of tickets. To review full terms and conditions, click here.

Transportation & Parking

Where do I park?

Off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located at the Benton Harbor Charter School Academy (455 Riverview Drive, Benton Harbor, MI, 49022). As you approach the Benton Harbor Charter School Academy, please follow signage and traffic control to PGA Public Parking (Lot GP). Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Harbor Shores. There will be no public parking at Harbor Shores during Championship Week.

Lot GP will be open Wednesday, May 25 - Sunday, May 29, 2022.

Will there be an additional charge for parking?

No. PGA public parking will be available for all ticketed spectators and volunteers free of charge.

Where is handicapped parking located?

Designated accessible parking for those requiring lift-equipped transportation to the course will be available at Benton Harbor Charter School Academy (455 Riverview Drive, Benton Harbor, MI, 49022). The front rows of PGA Public Parking (Lot GP) will be reserved for spectators not requiring lift-equipped transportation but who have physically challenged hang tags for their vehicles. Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.
