Ticketing

How many tickets may I purchase within a single order?

A. You may purchase up to ten (10) tickets of any unique ticket type within a single order.

Do you have a policy for juniors?

A. Juniors 15 years of age and younger will be admitted into the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship grounds FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up onsite at the Ticket Office at the Championship main entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sellout.

Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access to any hospitality area at the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.

Do you have a policy for members of the military?

A. To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, Veterans, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship, subject to availability.

Show your Military ID at the box office and day-of tickets will be provided.  Please note the Military ticket will not sell out. 

*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID.

Are tickets personalized? Can I give my ticket to a family member or friend?

A. Tickets may be transferred to another person. However, each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once.

Can I come and go from the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship with my same ticket?

A. No same-day re-entry is permitted. Once scanned, your ticket is expired.

What is your refund policy?

A. Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges, or replacements of tickets except as provided for in the following Event Cancellation / Weather Policy outlined in the full Championship ticket terms and conditions.

How will I receive my ticket(s)?

A. All general admission and corporate hospitality tickets will be delivered digitally to the purchaser via email in early May 2024.

Where do I go for ticket purchase support, such as if my order is failing to process or I didn’t get an email order confirmation?

A. Please contact the SeatGeek support team for the PGA of America at 888-601-5229 or via email at pgaofamerica@seatgeek.com for ticket order support. SeatGeek is the Official Ticketing Supplier of the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.

How do I make changes to my order?

A. Once an order has been placed, you cannot go back into your account and edit it on your own. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please contact our support team at pgaofamerica@seatgeek.com, and they can assist you depending on the situation.

If I do not have a smartphone, how will I receive tickets?

A. If you do not have a smartphone, please visit the Ticket Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance of the championship with a copy of your driver’s license and a printed order confirmation. An Admissions representative will be happy to assist you.

I am looking for a premium, all-inclusive hospitality experience. Is there an option for me?

Transportation & Parking

Where will General Admission public parking be located?

A. More information to include parking and shuttle times, rideshare pick-up/drop-off, and specific directions will be communicated in 2024.

Is there going to be a separate charge for parking?

A. No. General admission public parking will be available free of charge for all ticketed spectators. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
